دواشروط الاستخدام
باستعمالك تطبيق «دوا» توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية.
الخدمة
دوا تطبيق لإدارة الصيدلية: البيع، والمخزون، والزبائن، والحسابات، والتقارير، ومعه قائمة أدوية بأسعارها ومعلومات عن كل دواء.
المعلومات الدوائية والأسعار
معلومات الأدوية في دوا (الاستعمال، والجرعة، والتداخلات، والحمل والإرضاع، والبدائل) مرجع مساعد للصيدلي، ولا تغني عن خبرته وحكمه المهني ولا عن نشرة الدواء. الصيدلي وحده مسؤول عن صرف الدواء ونصح المريض.
أسعار الأدوية في دوا أسعار مرجعية تُحدَّث باستمرار، وقد تختلف عن السعر في صيدليتك. سعر البيع قرارك أنت، وتستطيع تعديله في أي وقت.
الحساب
- تدخل إلى دوا بحساب Google، ويُربط به اشتراكك ونسختك الاحتياطية.
- عليك أن تكون بيانات التسجيل صحيحة، وأن تحمي جوالك وحسابك من استعمال غيرك.
- توثيق الحساب كصيدلي يتم بالتواصل معنا، ولنا أن نطلب ما يثبت ذلك.
الاشتراك والدفع
- المجاني: أسعار الأدوية والبحث عنها.
- شهر مجاني: لكل صيدلي يوثّق حسابه، بكل الميزات.
- الاشتراك: $10 في السنة، أو $29 مرة واحدة مدى الحياة، أي طوال عمر خدمة دوا، على حساب Google نفسه.
- الدفع عبر Google Play، أو بطرق أخرى بالتواصل معنا. الاشتراك السنوي عبر Google Play يتجدّد وحده حتى تلغيه من Google Play، والاسترداد فيه حسب سياسة Google Play.
- حين ينتهي الاشتراك تبقى بياناتك كما هي وتستطيع رؤيتها، وتُقفل الميزات المدفوعة حتى تجدّده.
عرض الصور
في الشهر المجاني والاشتراك السنوي: كل 100 صورة مقبولة لعلب أدوية ليس لها صورة في دوا تضيف شهرًا إلى الاشتراك. تُقبل الصورة حين تكون واضحة ويُقرأ منها اسم الدواء. ولنا أن نرفض صورة لا تحقق ذلك، وأن نعدّل العرض أو نوقفه، مع حفظ ما كسبته قبل ذلك.
ما ترسله إلى دوا
الصور والأسعار التي ترسلها من دوا (كما تصفها سياسة الخصوصية) تمنحنا حق استعمالها لتحسين دوا وقائمة أدويته، دون ربطها باسم صيدليتك.
الاستعمال المقبول
لا يجوز تعديل التطبيق أو التحايل على الاشتراك، ولا استعمال دوا فيما يخالف القانون. ولنا أن نوقف الحساب الذي يفعل ذلك.
الملكية
التطبيق وتصميمه ملك لدوا. وبيانات صيدليتك ملكك أنت.
حدود المسؤولية
نعمل ليكون دوا دقيقًا ومتاحًا وبياناتك محفوظة، لكننا نقدّمه كما هو، ولا نضمن خلوّه التام من الأخطاء أو الانقطاع. ولا نتحمّل مسؤولية خسارة تنتج عن الاعتماد على معلومة أو سعر في دوا دون تحقّق الصيدلي، أو عن فقد بيانات لم تُحفظ لها نسخة احتياطية.
إنهاء الحساب
تستطيع حذف حسابك متى شئت من صفحة حذف البيانات.
تعديل الشروط
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط، فنحدّث التاريخ أعلاه، ونعلمك داخل التطبيق إن كان التغيير مهمًّا. واستمرارك في استعمال دوا بعدها موافقة عليها.

By using the Dawa app you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
The service
Dawa is a pharmacy management app: sales, stock, customers, accounts and reports, with a list of medicines, their prices and information about each one.
Medicine information and prices
Medicine information in Dawa (use, dose, interactions, pregnancy and breastfeeding, alternatives) is a reference that assists the pharmacist; it does not replace professional judgement or the medicine's leaflet. The pharmacist alone is responsible for dispensing and advising the patient.
Medicine prices in Dawa are reference prices, updated continually, and may differ from your pharmacy's price. Your selling price is your decision and you can change it at any time.
Your account
- You sign in with a Google account, to which your subscription and backup are linked.
- Your registration details must be accurate, and you must protect your phone and account from use by others.
- Pharmacist verification is done by contacting us, and we may ask for proof.
Subscription and payment
- Free: medicine prices and search.
- Free month: for every pharmacist who verifies their account, with all features.
- Subscription: $10 a year, or $29 once for life, meaning for as long as the Dawa service runs, on the same Google account.
- Payment is through Google Play, or by other methods by contacting us. A yearly Google Play subscription renews until you cancel it in Google Play, and refunds follow Google Play's policy.
- When a subscription ends your data stays as it is and you can still view it; paid features are locked until you renew.
Photo offer
During the free month and the yearly subscription: every 100 accepted photos of boxes of medicines that have no photo in Dawa add one month to the subscription. A photo is accepted when it is clear and the medicine's name can be read from it. We may reject a photo that does not meet this, and change or end the offer, keeping what you earned before.
What you send to Dawa
The photos and prices you send from Dawa (as described in the Privacy Policy) give us the right to use them to improve Dawa and its medicine list, without linking them to your pharmacy's name.
Acceptable use
You may not modify the app or circumvent the subscription, or use Dawa unlawfully. We may suspend an account that does.
Ownership
The app and its design belong to Dawa. Your pharmacy's data belongs to you.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep Dawa accurate and available and your data safe, but provide it as is, without a guarantee that it is entirely free of errors or interruptions. We are not liable for loss resulting from relying on information or a price in Dawa without the pharmacist's verification, or for losing data that had no backup.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from the Data deletion page.
Changes
We may change these terms; we update the date above and tell you inside the app for an important change. Continuing to use Dawa afterwards means you accept them.
